What if I receive the wrong color, size, or a damaged product?
Please return the item per the return policy above and we will exchange it for the correct item promptly. Go to Returns Policy page for more info.

How do I know when my package has been shipped?
You will receive a tracking number email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow at least 48 hours to receive your tracking number. Please remember that it can sometimes take the postal service up to a day to update tracking numbers online.

Before emailing us about tracking numbers, please check your junk email folder. You can also login to your RaverSwag account and check your order status.

Can I upgrade my shipping?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can upgrade your shipping. Please contact us to arrange it.

My item has crafting period. Can I upgrade my shipping to expedite it?
No, crafting period can't be expedited if you upgrade your shipping. The crafting is done at our manufacturers' facilities. Shipping is only related to shipping carriers. Once your item is ready, we will ship it using either standard or expedited shipping as per your order.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order through the tracking email that will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow at least 48 hours to receive your tracking number. You can also login to your account and check your order status.

What if I only receive part of my order?
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped at different times or from different warehouses to save you on shipping costs. If you only receive part of your order, it means the other part is still on its way to you. If you have not received the rest of your order within two days after receiving the first part, please email us at support[at]raverswag.com.

What if the tracking number shows the package was delivered but I never received my package?
All U.S. and Canada delivery issues become the responsibility of the shipping carrier (usually USPS) once the package has been shipped from our warehouse. We suggest contacting the Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777 and giving them your tracking number so they can locate your package.
