How long does shipping take?  
Most items are shipped out within 24 hours of ordering. However, occasionally we will be out of stock of a certain item or the item may be on back order from the manufacturer. You will be notified of any delays in shipping.

RaverSwag.com will deliver your orders within the continental United States by means of USPS and UPS standard shipping or expedited shipping. 

Delivery times: 
Standard shipping - 24 hours for the order to be processed and 5-10 business days for delivery
Expedited shipping - 24 hours for the order to be processed and 1-3 business days for delivery

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund your order minus shipping costs. All products returned must in re-sellable condition. This means they must be CLEAN, UNWORN, UNUSED, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please email us and let us know what products you are returning, once we receive the returned products, we will issue a refund as long as they meet the above requirements.

What if I receive the wrong color, size, or a damaged product?
Please return the item per the return policy and we will exhcange it for the correct item.
