In this time of global pandemic, we would like you to know that RaverSwag team is here to serve and support you.

Our current operations are running as usual.

Our responsibility remains strong for our customers and we will continue normal operations during this pandemic. We fulfill all orders as usual and there is no delay in shipping orders.

We are planning to continue to provide the level of service you are accustomed to and expect from us. We are working hard to ensure our team can continue to provide you with uninterrupted, dependable service. 

The health and well-being of our customers and employees are of the utmost importance to us and are of the highest priority to us.

We have implemented the best and necessary practices to continue serving our customers.

Here is what we have done:

1. Sanitized our facilities - we have introduced disinfection processes and rigorous sanitation of all our locations. We ensured the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all our facilities.

2. Our employees - in addition to our stringent safety standards in our facilities, along with sanitizers at all workstations, all our employees are now mandated to wear masks and gloves at all times and we have ensured that we have sanitizers across warehouses and sufficient protective gear for all employees.

3. Our suppliers - all our suppliers have introduced the same sanitizing measures. We have confirmed that these measures are maintained as the condition of our contract with them.

4. Drivers hygiene - all our drivers have been trained on all hygiene measures. They are sanitizing their hands before and after every interaction as well as wear masks and gloves.

We continually watch the recommendations of Federal and local government and CDC. We are constantly monitoring the situation as it unfolds and will keep you updated as we receive more information.
