Return Policy

We know that buying apparel online is always a risk. Will it fit right, will it match my other outfit items, will I like the quality? Without seeing the items in person it can sometimes be hard to make a decision. Thankfully, we know how it is and we feel your pain. If there isn't a size chart on the item, it usually means that the sizing is just like normal every-day wears. If you are still are unsure though, please just call or contact us and we'll help you out so you are confident in your purchase.

We are also proud to offer free returns and exchanges with every order (U.S. ONLY)! This means we will send you a pre-paid return label so you don't have to pay to ship your returns or exchanges back to us.

Return/Exchange Process:

1) First, please read our entire Return Policy below

2) Find your Order # (from your original order email or by signing into your account here on our website)

3) Enter your email and order # below (in the fields at the bottom of this page) and search for your order

4) Follow the instructions to create a return or exchange request

Return/ Exchange Policy: 

  • Return/exchange requests must be within 14 days of receiving item(s).
  • All products must be in re-sellable condition. All products must be CLEAN, UNUSED, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If the product has been used, is dirty, broken, etc. we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
  • Unless the return was due to an error of ours (i.e. we sent you the wrong product, or it was damaged in shipping), all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping prices paid will not be refunded.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • In the event that a refund is not possible, store credit may be issued instead. We will notify you if this is the case.

INTIMATES EXCEPTIONS

For the protection of our customer's hygiene, intimates (panties, thongs, stockings, pasties, etc.) may NOT be tried on. If you think these items will not fit you must return them UNOPENED.


What if I receive the wrong color, size, or a damaged product?
Please return the item per the return policy above and we will exchange it for the correct item promptly. International customers (besides Canada) please contact Global Checkout.
