What countries do you ship to?
We will deliver your orders to the US and Canada by means of USPS or UPS mail. We will deliver orders to over 200 countries worldwide through DHL or Fedex using Global Checkout®. Global Checkout® can save international customers up to 50% on shipping fees.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We offers FREE return and exchanges (US only). If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return it or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. Go to Returns Policy page for more info.

What if I receive the wrong color, size, or a damaged product?
Please return the item per the return policy above and we will exchange it for the correct item promptly. Go to Returns Policy page for more info.

How do I know when my package has been shipped?
You'll receive a tracking number email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow at least 48 hours to receive your tracking number. Please remember that it can sometimes take the post office up to a day to update tracking numbers online.
Before emailing us about tracking numbers, please check your junk mail folder. You can also login to your account and check your order status.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order through the tracking email that will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow at least 48 hours to receive your tracking number. You can also login to your account and check your order status.

What if I only receive part of my order?
Many times if you order multiple items they may be shipped at different times or from different warehouses to save you on shipping costs. If you only receive part of your order, it means the other part is still on the way. If you have not received the rest of your order within two days after receiving the first part, please email us at support[at]raverswag.com.

What if the tracking number shows the package was delivered but I never received my package?
All U.S. and Canada delivery issues become the responsibility of the shipping carrier (usually USPS) once the package has been shipped from our warehouse. We suggest contacting the nearest post office and giving them your tracking number so they can locate your package. All international deliver issues are handled through Global Checkout.
